Photography has always been about catching the moment before it's gone — the split second of a race, the light on a hundred-year-old façade before it changes hands. That's what I chase, whether I'm on the sidelines at a track meet or setting up a tripod in front of a historic structure.

I'm Terry Walker, owner of Walker and Walker Media. My work has appeared in the Washington Post and Fox News, and I've spent years as one of the photographers behind Bullis School Track & Field. These days that work has grown into things I love equally: covering youth sports and events, portraits and documenting historic  properties for institutional clients.

I also believe a great photo deserves to be more than a file on a phone — which is why prints are a core part of what I offer, not an afterthought.
